In March 2018, Pansensory was approached by fellow Vancouver startups Shape Immersive and Steampunk Digital to contribute to the development of Kitty Kong, a first-of-its-kind multiplayer mixed reality game. Using an iPad fitted with an Occipital Structure sensor, players do battle against the digital villain Kitty Kong, climbing up a real world model of the Empire State Building.
An early version of the app was covered by abc 7 News during AWE (Augmented World Expo) in Santa Clara at the end of May 2018.
